Repairs are warranty-backed. If something we replaced fails, we come back. That is also why we push back on repairs that do not make economic sense: on a unit near end of life, we would rather quote the replacement honestly than sell a repair that buys three months.

Service & Repair questions
How much does a commercial HVAC service call cost?
It depends on the system and the fault, so we diagnose first and quote the repair upfront rather than working open-ended. New commercial clients can currently get a full system health check for $99, regularly $249.
Do you charge extra for after-hours or weekend calls?
After-hours emergency work is priced differently than a scheduled business-hours call. We tell you the rate when you call, before dispatching, so there is no surprise on the invoice.
Will you tell me if a repair is not worth doing?
Yes. On equipment near end of life we quote the repair and the replacement side by side and tell you which one we would choose. A repair that buys three months on a failing unit is not a good outcome for either of us.
